Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email with your clickable Australia Post tracking number, where you will be able to track your parcel via their website

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Please be mindful of this when you are making your purchase and choose your items carefully.

While we strive to make sure our clothes are of the highest quality through our rigorous quality control process, sometimes mistakes happen, so we will do best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
If the purchased product is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us via our website or email within 14 days of the delivered date and we will assist you with organising an exchange or a refund.

Unfortunately once orders have been processed, we are unable to cancel or change your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will try our best rectify the situation (if the order has not yet been processed). Please make sure you choose your items carefully and double-check that your shipping address is correct.

As all of our clothes are manufactured in a local, Tasmanian factory, restocks timeframes can depend on their capacity and therefore can vary. Please check in with our socials for all updates on restocks and new collection announcements.
