We hope that you love your State Zak items, however if any of your purchases aren’t quite right, we are more than happy to assist you in any refunds or exchanges. Please read below for our policies and instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to make a return, please email us with

  • Your order number

  • What you are returning

  • And what you are requesting (refund or exchange)

We will then respond with next steps.

PLEASE NOTE: State Zak customers are responsible for all return postage costs. Our standard shipping rate of $9.95 (or $12.95 for Express Post) will be deducted from the total refund amount when the return is processed.

Items are returnable if:

  • The returns request is initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase

  • They are in unused and re-sellable condition

  • They are in the original packaging with all tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Please be mindful of this when you are making your purchase and choose your items carefully.

Faulty or incorrect goods

While we strive to make sure our clothes are of the highest quality through our rigorous quality control process, sometimes mistakes happen, so we will do best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

If the purchased product is faulty or incorrect, please reach out to us via our website or email within 14 days of the delivered date and we will assist you with organising an exchange or a refund.

How do I ship back the items?

  • Once your returns request has been approved, we will email a returns shipping label to you

  • Either print the PDF return label yourself and attach it to the original Australia Post reusable satchel that your items were sent in, or simply present the QR code on the PDF returns label to staff at Australia Post and they will print it for you.

  • Please note: We recommend preserving the reusable Australia Post satchel your items have arrived in until you’ve tried your State Zak purchases on. That way, you can reuse this satchel in the case of a return or exchange and you won’t have to pay for another one. If you don’t have your original satchel, you will have to purchase a new one at Australia Post at your own expense.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
